Becky Taylor (Titleworks), went out of her way to handle a settlement for a home refinance, at Ken Palmer's home on a weekend, which was due to Ken's off timing and availability.
This made it so easy for The Palmer's, but THANKS to Becky's sacrifice, and changing a couple of her family obligation's around, she made things workout.

Prospect Mortgage (Adam Davis) handled the refi, details and paperwork. After his proficienct efforts, he then gave the settlement package, and signing of numerous paperwork, to Titleworks. Becky's knowledge, and her explaining every page with detail, made this settlement a learning experience.
